Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EuroComp Garage ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our automotive services and website. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Our Services

EuroComp Garage provides automotive repair, maintenance, and performance services for European and exotic vehicles. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Routine maintenance and oil changes
  • Engine diagnostics and repair
  • Brake, suspension, and transmission services
  • Performance upgrades and modifications
  • Pre-purchase inspections
  • Emergency repair services

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Appointments and Scheduling

Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our online booking system. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or restriction of future appointment privileges.

Delays and Wait Times

While we strive to complete all services within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen complications may arise. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize inconvenience.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide estimates for all major repairs and services. Estimates are based on our initial inspection and diagnosis and are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during service.

We will contact you for approval before performing any additional work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 10% or $100, whichever is less. Emergency situations may require immediate action to prevent further damage.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and approved checks.

A storage fee of $50 per day may be charged for vehicles not picked up within 3 business days of service completion notification.

We reserve the right to retain possession of your vehicle (mechanic's lien) until all charges are paid in full.

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

We stand behind our work with a warranty on labor and parts. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided with your service invoice.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from abuse, neglect, or improper use
  • Modifications made by third parties
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Services performed by other facilities after our work

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects not reported by the customer
  • Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
  • Theft or damage from causes beyond our reasonable control
  • Failures of parts due to manufacturing defects (covered under manufacturer warranties)

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and its issues
  • Remove all personal and valuable items from your vehicle
  • Maintain proof of ownership and valid registration for your vehicle
  • Pay for services in accordance with our payment terms
  • Follow all recommended maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Notify us immediately of any concerns following service completion

Parts and Materials

We use genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts when available and appropriate. In some cases, we may recommend high-quality aftermarket alternatives that meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Customers may supply their own parts at their own risk. We cannot warranty customer-supplied parts or labor associated with installing customer-supplied parts.

Replaced parts become property of EuroComp Garage unless specifically requested to be returned at the time of service.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of our services beyond those explicitly stated in these terms or required by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services in a manner not authorized by these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
